Staff Nurse

A Staff Nurse is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, supporting doctors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a healthcare facility. The role requires compassion, clinical skills, and adherence to medical standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene within patient care areas
• Educate patients and attendants on care procedures and health practices
• Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM
• Valid Nursing Council registration
