Associate Trainee-Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Associate Trainee – Sales candidates to support the sales team in promoting products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and leads
• Support day-to-day sales activities and follow-ups
• Learn and understand company products/services and sales processes
• Communicate with customers to explain offerings and resolve basic queries
• Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM systems
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and field activities
• Help prepare sales reports and presentations
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
