Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B Executive to deliver excellent food and beverage service, ensure guest satisfaction, and support smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will assist in service delivery while maintaining hygiene, quality, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service
- Take food and beverage orders and serve as per standards
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Assist in billing, inventory checks, and daily service setup
- Support special events, banquets, and peak-hour operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in hotel/restaurant service is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Pleasant personality and customer-service orientation
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
