Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet clients, understand needs, provide personalized recommendations, and offer styling advice.
• Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and showroom sales goals by effectively promoting products.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry, including materials, design, care, and current trends.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and maintain high presentation standards.
• Transaction Management: Process sales, payments, and manage inventory accurately.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships for repeat business and handle post-purchase follow-ups.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
