Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell company products/services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Promote and sell products/services to achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve sales performance
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as required
